Fleet OverviewThe vehicle register. Search, filter and export it, add and edit vehicles, archive the ones you no longer run, and see which are due for a service.
Vehicle pageEverything about one vehicle: status and expiries, costs, maintenance, fuel, assets, documents, fines and checks. Open it by clicking a vehicle’s name.
MaintenanceSee which vehicles are due for a service, turn drivers’ defects into repairs, and record workshop work and receipts.
Fleet AssetsRegistrations, insurance and certificates for each vehicle, with their files. Renewals here feed Expiries.
ExpiriesRegistrations, DG licences, certificates, insurance, driver credentials and services, most urgent first.
Transport ConfigurationsBuild the vehicle combinations (rigid, semi, B-double, road train) that rate cards price and that dispatch builds units from.
Fleet Types & CapacitiesSee each vehicle type with how many you run and what they hold, and set each type’s service interval.
Fleet KMsSee the latest odometer reading and km since service for each vehicle, and add a reading by hand.
FuelRecord refuels and fuel dockets, and check fuel use for each vehicle.
Fuel CardsThe fuel cards the business holds and which vehicle each one is tied to. Onyx stores the card name and last 4 digits, never the full card number.
InfringementsTraffic fines against vehicles and drivers: nominate, pay, dispute, close.

Only Operations and Admin accounts can change fleet records. Bringing back an archived vehicle needs an Admin account.

Dispatch does not work from these pages directly. A dispatch unit is a vehicle plus a crew, built on the Dispatch Board. See Units and rebuilds. Only Active vehicles from the register can be picked. The Build Unit drawer can use a transport configuration as a starting point.
