Operations Portal user guide — managing jobs, quotes, rate cards, and customer access.
The Admin Guide is for everyone who works inside the Operations Portal: dispatchers, ops managers, customer success, finance, and support.
What’s inside
Section titled “What’s inside”- Getting started — Logging in, the sidebar, the topbar, where everything lives.
- Jobs — Creating bookings, managing the Jobs list, opening the drawer for full details, forwarding to iDrv4.
- Dispatch — The dispatch board, building units and recording rebuilds, the load plan, the manifest record, and the command centre.
- Quotes — Creating quotes, approving them into bookings, and tracking conversion.
- Pallet control — Hire accounts, exchange dockets, custody, declarations and reconciliation.
- Invoices — Turning delivered jobs into invoices, recording payments, sending them out.
- Rate cards — How rate cards, customer linkage, and zones interact with the booking flow.
- Dangerous goods — Capturing DG on a booking, and the class and type registers shared with iDrv4.
- Customers — Setting up customer access to the Customer Portal, managing customer records.
- User management — Creating and editing portal users, the role hierarchy, passwords, and deactivating accounts (Admin and Operations only).
